Jackson Hole Couch

I'm moving across the country next week and will be driving through the Jackson Hole area. I somehow have friends all across the country to stay with except this area.

Does anyone have a couch/floor/bathtub that my friend and I could crash on for the night?

although some of these posts are funny (albeit stupid) I really hope somebody actually pulls through for ya Erika!
 
Walmart will take you in, if there are any up there. Or at least you can sleep in the lot.

 
I wish, but it's been about 30 degrees in Jackson so tent camping/car sleeping would be pretty cold. Plus my car is a dodge neon so sleeping two in it would be damn near impossible. We plan on camping out in Moab, it'll just be too cold in Jackson.

Also, the responses are funny. But for real we actually need a place to crash, somewhere along the way from Salt Lake to Missoula.

So maybe there are more people in the Big Sky/Bozeman area?
 
You could totally crash on my fouton. I looked it up and the drive comes in at abooout 25 hours. I'm in Michigan. Please take me with you.
 
I live in northeastern ohio, you can stay at my place. but fo reals doe just break in to the tgr offices and stay there.

Depends on whether or not 5 hours from Jackson is "Jackson Hole area". Where are you moving to and from?

Or you could just sleep in your car. 30 isn't that cold, and I've slept in a car that's probably smaller than yours with another person. It's not that bad. I sleep almost exclusively in my car on multi day road trips.
 
I'm moving from Ohio to Mt. Hood.

Here's the road-trip plan:

Start: Columbus, Ohio (March 30)

(Insert long ass drive through IN, IL, MO, KS)

Denver, CO

Breck, CO (April 1st gaper day!)

Moab, UT

SLC, UT

Ogden, UT

Jackson, WY/Bozeman, MT (I want to see the Tetons)

Missoula, MT

Portland, OR (April 7) (Drop friend off at airport)

Bend, OR (April 7-10)

End: Welches, OR (Start work and move in on the 10th!)

The main thing is that I really want to see the Teton Mountain area while I have the opportunity, but I don't want to make the 10 hour drive from Ogden to Missoula so if we could split that up by crashing in the jackson/bozeman area it only makes it a 5-6 hour drive.
 
Ohio to Hood, nice. Mount Hood is awesome, one of my favorite mountains. I just moved from the midwest to Utah, I can kind of relate. Definitely go to Jackson even if you have to stay in the hostel. Great place. Especially if you have time to ski. Jackson Hole is as good as anywhere. SLC is also worth spending a few days in, Snowbird and Alta are great.
 
Oh, You can't go wrong in Jackson Hole. It's really a beautiful lace to ski. Why not check inn in a cheap hotel there? Or maybe you can book an affordable Ski Package so you won't worry no more.

And to whoever said sleep in your car, that might be possible if she wasn't moving all her stuff in a damn NEON.

I can shoot some friends a text and see if I can hook it up in Bozeman. I'd totally offer a place, but I'm in the dorms right now. I can get you and your friend free breakfast if you don't mind college food...
