Ive seen every burton outerwear product in person for 08

Burton is not that great of a company anymore. They're all about the name, not the product. I feel.

good job, it probably fits poorly, falls apart, has akward colorways, and is overpriced.. just like every other year of burton outerwear

wow shaun white gets his own fucking collection. not just like one or two jackets. talk about selling the name

That's what I'm saying. They're all about the name, not the product. I've had 2 pair or bindings in the last 2 years. My fault for buying the second pair, but I was always a Burton customer. But latley all their hardgoods have just gone to shit. Too little product for too much money.

Burton has got to be way worse than Oakley. I believe it's all the up and comming new companies that are going to have quality shit. Not the big names.

Go ahead. Buy youself a pair of Burton mittens of gloves. Wear them everyday, see how long they last. Waste of money!

why don't you support a fucking ski company, when burton starts making ski boots, that is the only thing I would buy from them, until then I'm only buying from companies that do shit for skiers besides sell them shit products

I liked my burton pants better than my oakley ones. Mostly because of the material the cuff. The oakleys got so torn up

i dont have pics i work in the only warehouse in the world that has burton softgoods and get 60% off next ywears stufff

I have to disagree with you on this, I got some Burton AKs and they are by far the best gloves that I have ever owned. Used them over 50+ days last year with zero tears or any other damage.

I find that hard to believe. Everything that I have owned from Burton is the last few years has completley gone to shit. Burton Lexa's, Burton Cartels, straps constantly breaking. Pieces falling off. My friend had 4 pair of mittens, fall apart, in one season. Burton Anon's, the mesh around the eye, falling off. So no, I don't think their products hold up the way they used to.

Bullshit!

Where I used to work we sent back 72 pair of anon goggles that had the foam peeling off around the frame!

My Realms that I bought this winter got moisture between the lenses! Legit nothing!

I'm going back to SMITH! They make top fucking quality shit!

wtf? anon is legit as fuck, my figments are bomb proof. And burton outerwear has a nice fit and sag to it. Altough i do agree somethings are shit quality but in some places u can find burton so cheap like a pair of nice pants for $100

Why would I lie about it? I can care less about Burton, but from my one time experience with their AK gloves I couldn't be more happier.

Well I understand that you wouldn't lie about it. I say that because I do find it hard to believe. Just that Burton used to be a well respected company, but I think they have lost a lot of their used to be devoted customers due to poor quality.

id have to agree (the AK outwear being the exception, that seems to have quality, though it is overpriced). there prices have gone through the roof with simple outwear, charging premium prices for some stuff that has mediocre waterproofing. and the ronin line...which used to be all quality stuff is now no better than their base line products, just better looking cosmetically (which means nothing if you're soaking wet).

treat your stuff like shit much, 3 of my friends have cartels and only one broke the toe strap all season. Unless your dropping 30 foot cliffs every day i find it hard to beleive that your "constantly breaking cartels"...All of my outer wear is from burton, its not the best but for the price its really good, you dont have to buy top of the line burton to get a good set up

I will say that I teach snowboarding, so the binding are comming on and off a lot. Could add to it. But it doesn't take away the fact that I am not the only person that this happens to. I have not been hearing good stories about Burton in the last years. Pipe_Munky says, they sent back 72 pair of Anon goggles because the foam around the eye was peeling. Cooincidence this also happened to me? Burton has changed a lot over the years. They are a very known name, and have been there since the beginnging. But I will stand by my statement of, their quality has gone down hill while the prices have sky rocketed.

Burton has some of the warmest gloves ive ever worn. as far as the price goes, you get what you pay for. warm clothes/cool style= not cheap. you dont see burton in the sports outlets and this is why
