try this, its amazing

eat a huge salad with thousand island dressing and chedder chesse, then eat some velvetta + salsa with some chips, then... cook up some potatos and brocoli wth chicken, wash it down with 3 beers and just wait.... oh my god,

 
haha, would soy mfaux-meat work in place of the chicken for us vegetarians?
