if you use iTunes, go download StationRipper v2.22. It rips iTunes radio as you listen to it, it even seperates the songs into different tracks, it is amazing. You can just turn it on, select a radio station you like, leave it on overnight, and in the morning, you have like 100 new mp3s to add to your music library!

You should try it.

i dont get how you start up the "recording" process of itunes radio, like weres the button on stationripper that allows you to record?

 
This is pretty dope, I don't see how you can record iTunes stations though. What are some good stations you guys have been hitting up?

 
there is also a program called Radio Lover that works reallll well.

on stationripper, I usually listen to RightonScales radio, its dub reggae and stuff, and also TrueHipHop radio. to start ripping, you just click "tune in" next to the station in stationripper.

^yes it is a pc program, but there are others that are just the same for macs.

To listen to iTunes stations, just get the name of the station from iTunes and search for it in StationRipper.

To get to your music, click on the my music tab at the top, then click open folder in the dialog that pops up.

ok, I ran it for a while, and now on stationripper it says i have 92 songs completed. How to I transfer these to iTunes, so I can put them on my ipod? cause they don't show up on itunes at the moment?

but it records everything to, so not all songs dont have the dj on em. does it record ones that have been played already?

I used it last night and got like 104 songs, and my computer is running fine today...

hmm...i think the stations on iTunes get to decide whether they are just on iTunes or free for everyone to use, so if they are only on iTunes, just search for a similar station on StationRipper, because they have a few thousand, so there is bound to be something, whatever you are looking for.
