itunes help?!

is there any way to make itunes automatically check my computer for any newly downloaded songs and automatically put them into the library. Its a bitch to import them manually, any help would be awesome, thanks

the only thing i know of is whn you open it for the first time it asks if you want it to search your drive. there's got to be another way.

there isn't a way to do it automatically, but just set the your music location folder as the folder where all of your downloaded music and everything else you wanna play in itunes are located...then just hit file > 'add to library'..its like a matter of one click

I'm pretty sure if you go to Advanced: Consolidate Library it will put all the music in iTunes. It might make copies of them and then put them in it's own folders, but if you only have one folder where you keep all your music, just delete them out of there.

This week at the iTunes Music Store, there's a free song called 'Street Official Mixtape, Vol. 1'. It's pretty good, and free so get it.
