ITunes help

So, first off I am absolutly terrible with computers. The problem I'm having is that my iTunes won't open. No matter where I try to open it from on my computer, nothing happens. This is really starting to piss me off as its been going on for 3 days. I am on a PC too if it makes a difference. Thanks for the help
 
just be careful if you delete the files before you re-download the progragm. If you go onto your harddrive and the music folder there should have a folder that contains all your itunes music. So if you really want to be safe you could just make a double copy of that and keep it safe
