ITunes HALP!

So i accidently deleted my recently added playlist on my itunes, which sucks big time because I use it a lot to make sure I get all recently added songs onto my ipod. Anybody know how to get the playlist back?
 
you can go to you comtrol panel and do the reset setting wich changes you computer to the exact way it was to the time u want it changes to to do it liek the day before
