WEDNESDAY...WITH ADDITIONAL SNOW AMOUNTS OF 8 TO 16 INCHES

POSSIBLE. STORM TOTALS MAY BE IN EXCESS OF 2 FEET.

 
No snow yet in Spokane, but the weather forecast calls for snow above 3000 feet the next few days, and possibly snow in the city.

from reading this thread about all the snow in WA all i have to say is that it seems that mt. Bachelor and Utah are much better travel destinations, a couple inches in WA are enough for a stoked thread, meanwhile Utah and Bachelor are getting feet of snow.

31-degrees and snowing both at Heather Meadows and White Salmon! 9

inches of snow at Heather Meadows now with about 3-4 inches at White

Salmon.

Winter is brewing! The National Weather Service has

issued a Winter Weather Advisory for the mountains with up to 8-10

inches expected by Thursday. Then things turn a little warmer as the

edge of a whopper front moves in off the Pacific on Thursday.

It

looks like a heavy hit of precip Thursday and Friday with the freezing

level dropping to 3800 feet by Saturday. More snow is likely through

the coming weekend. WINTER IS WAKING UP. . . we'll keep you posted as

snow flies.

Remember. . . .we need approximately 20-36 inches of

snow on the ground before we can start things up for the season but

recent storm activity is a good indication that things are developing

and we'll be ready! For Opening Day information, click the link in the

Clouds are brewing some classic PNW rainy rain! The National Weather Service has

issued a Rainy Weather Advisory for the mountains with up to 8-10

inches of rain expected by Thursday. Then things turn a little cooler as the

edge of a whopper front moves in off the Pacific on Thursday. It won't quite snow, but it teases you enough to wish the mountains here got snow.

level dropping to 13,800 feet by Saturday. If you want to ski actual snow, just head to the tippy top of Mount Rainier. Fear not, more rain is likely through

the coming weekend. RAINY SEASON IS WAKING UP. . . we'll keep you posted as

alright in wenatchee washington there is only like and inch or two in the hills then higher up like at mission ridge all the runs arre coverd
 
suffice it to say, the heartless and cruel pineapple expresses will inevitably hit the PNW tomorrow. all that pretty snow will be flushed away, and the base will have to start from scratch.

this aint no "oh good, some rain will make the snow pack solid blah blah blah"

i was wrong, what appeared to be 'snow' is actually just a steady rush of water running down the mountains creating an odd illusion. hmmmm
 
no, you're the stupid one...mt baker got that once and is never even close. the conditions aren't powdery at all for the vast majority of the year and it does in fact rain most all winter here in WA. I'm sorry that you can't accept that fact
