towed in on a bike into a kicker in the middle of the street, and there is knee deep snow in the quarry behind my house

more snow tonight so could be the UK first pow day, so stoked

Apparently there's going to be 15 inches in London when I go back to uni, so I may be missing the first few days of lectures...

got a few weird looks today from people wondering what i was doing, there's snow forecast all week here and if it's knee deep already god knows what it will be like in a few days

college is on the back burner at the moment

yea definitely just went outside and skied down our drive over the road then down a steep little footpath, good little 100m run there, was rad. boxes have been ticked. oh and hiking back up was an ass!
 
ooooh shiiit, I saw a guy in the park in Hafjell a couple of days ago on the Redeemer, and I thought they were Moments I hadn't seen before. They look sweet man.
 
Snow has reached the South Coast. I got some turns on the South Downs just north of Worthing. I made a crappy little video (holding my ipod). The snow was quite deep in places, but fairly heavy and wet. Fun to ski within walking distance from my house.

yea my house has been converted into a ski-in ski-out chalet with mum acting as chalet girl. locals love it, one man said he'd lived in the village for 35years and i'm the first person he's ever seen ski around it.
 
Yoooo, anyone in the Midlands, come and ski in Barr Beacon/ Sutton Park tomorrow. We're getting a load of people down so we can build legit booters on to rails and kickers etc. All are welcome, and the more, the sicker the shred. Peeeeeeace
 
so crazy apparently its supposed to snow loads on the weekend too. hoping to get an urban mission sorted either in london or in bristol when i go back up on the weekend

Had like 20cm in North London, was working today but went out afternoon/night to Alexandra Palace, pretty big hill with a sweet view of the whole of London. First ever television signal was sent out from that tower - bit of history for ya there. . .

i'm in the alps next week though (yes! real skiing at last. . . ) and then back to uni
 
we got like 4 inches in essex, which is alright but theres a serious lack of hills round my way and by the time i get home its pitch black, im missing out! but it did psyke me up big time so this weekend im off upto the snow centre in hemel hempstead, just heard there doing freestyle there friday nights, should be awesome, although im gonna suck because havent skiid for two whole years!
 
Aaaah fuck, I'm so stoked to ski now. More so than usual. Anyone skiing Tamworth this weekend?
 
I Live in Cambridgeshire, We've literally had 2cm... all i can do is imagine. I thought i might as well head down to my local dry slope but they've closed it! it's a so called SNOWsports center for goodness sake! God damn you East Anglia.

i went race training with my uni at the local dryslope in the snow - first time i have ever been offpiste at a dry slope!
 
weve got around 20 cm in berlin/Germany too. more to come on the weekend. i think i can get my hellbents out. weve never had so much snow, at least i dont remember. its craizy and im so stoked.its gonna be awesome.!!!
 
it bothers me that london is getting more snow than i am at the moment. But oh well, enjoy it!

i'll just sit here and be pissed that the arsenal game had to be postponed.
 
ahh im stoked us ukers can finally do what we love on our home turf!! Im in North Yorkshire right next to the dales and they have a poma lift up an runinng! its sick!
 
uni is shut!? jealous! i have to somehow get to exeter from the midlands for monday for an exam, but apparently exeter is getting a fresh layer tonight and there are more hills there so it's not all bad!
 
dude i know crazy,you at exter uni? Wheres ure uni ski trip heading this year? Im in val thorens with roehampton uni on the 3rd April.

 
yea uni in exe, there's two trips this year, ones snowsports and ones ski club. snowsports are going to val T also 9th till the 17th and dunno about ski club yet. haven't decided which i'll go on yet, may sack them both off and do our own thing as we don't want to spend all that money and just drink the whole week, we can drink in england, can't ski, well can't ski mountains, in england.
