Finally after last year's almost nonexistant snow year and a very poor showing this year it started dumping like four days ago in Northern Idaho and now we've got some of the dbest if not the nest conditions in the country. 3-4 feet in the last 4 days of really nice light snow and a fair amount of wind so all of the North and East facing slopes are windloaded with more than waist deep snow. I love it.

Umm fuck yeah we do. 60 inches at the base 101 inches at the summit and it's all sitting on top of a bunch of snow that fell wet and heavy so it's a really solid base. So haha.

I'm going to have to agree. Today I went backcountry skiing and there was about .5" on top of crust; not a whole lot of fun!
