ITS COMING- Annual Flying Penguin Jibfest

SOME OFFICIAL SUNDAY JIBFEST NEWS
1. Official start time is 2 p.m. people will usually be hanging out before so come whenever.2. There will be a trampoline with a harness "attraction" that you can try out when not skiing, do some flips and other shenanigans.3. There will be a mini doughnut and other food vendor stands4. Its basically kind of like a carnival, with a rail jam

*update

we set up the drop in today, but our supplier fell through with the scaffolding, so it won't be double deep. the drop in ramp looks pretty much like it did last year for those of you who came.

Hey Guys, I apologize for the inconvenience, for the scaffolding falling through, and the weather not playing with our liking, and the initial operation. However, after a second run of snow was made, with some quick shaping (with beats being brought in too), the jam turned around. The vibe took a 180 and it was a lot of fun, with tricks being thrown down. Thanks for making the trip atleast guys, it was nice to meet you all.
Just some recap:Bryan Ries won the contest.But after I'd have to say Steve had the trick of the day with a crown, was baller and very clean.
Sorry things didn't work out initially for you guys,See you guys soon at Shop Wars or something.
 
even with the new snow i think dan and i would have rolled. he got beat up rather good somehow on the box haha. with more snow it def would have been more fun.
 
yeah the first wave of boarders kinda brought a negative vibe with em, also the main sponsors bitched out last minute too so sorry bout that guys. but then the pine crew rolled in and the vibe was great.
 
ive got to say i had a great time. it was cool to meet so many people who enjoy riding enough to shred in a parking lot in 60 degree weather. i thought you guys at the Flying Penguin did a good job. hope to see some of you at the mt.kato jibfest next saturday.
