Don't drink and drive...ever.
Short, choppy backstory. I go to a performing arts high school. My mom is the director of dance there, so all of the dance teachers are good family friends...frequently at our house.
Ok, so today at around 5:00 pm after a performance at my school, one of the dance teachers was struck by a drunk driver while crossing the road to get to her car. This woman has a husband and just recently gave birth to twins. She was sent to the hospital in critical condition...internal bleeding...bleeding of the brain...other head injuries, but luckily no broken bones. She was close to dying because of this man's horrible judgement. She would have left two 3 month old children because of this man's horrible judgement. So many people close to her would have been distraught because of this man's horrible judgement.
Don't fucking drink and drive. It's stupid. The next time you're at a hella sick rager that you did tons of carbombs at with your bros and you're getting ready to leave, remember that when you slam into the minivan filled with children going to soccer practice...remember that it's your fault. When you get out of your car to see them laying dead on the road...it's your fault, and you're going to live with that for the rest of your worthless fucking life.
