It Pays To Be Humble Kids

So this past friday, and saturday, our school's track team competed in the State track meet in Lacrosse, Wisconsin. I'm friends with a ton of the kids on the team, but unfortunatley I couldn't go because I had two lacrosse playoff games. We had our shotputter take first, and a ton of other runners/ field athletes place in the top 5 so we gained a ton of points. The state championship came down to the final race, DC Everest was in 1st with 33 points, Kettle Moraine (my school) was in 2nd with 32 points, and Racine Park was in 3rd with 31.5 points. (The rest of the teams could not possibly win comming into the last race) It happened to be, that the top three teams before the final race, were seeded in the final race 1,2,3, just like the standings. To make a long story short, The runner from Racine Park dropped his baton while showboating during the last 200 meters in the 4x8 while he was in 1st place, some how he dropped the batton while holding up his index finger to make a "#1". Had he kept up his pace, he would have tooken 1st place, but dropped the baton and it rolled into another lane DQing him.

Imagine how that kid feels, he single handedly lost the state title for his track team because he was showboating, and our school won the D1 title because of his actions.

that sucks balls for that i bet no one at his school likes him if he were an ice cream flavor he'd be pralines and dick

bahaha that is so great. it reminds me of a football game i had in middle school, where a kid on the other team broke past everyone and was about to score a touch down, so he did this funny walk right before he reached the end zone, but he tripped and was touched for the down. they probably scored the next play because we sucked, but it was funny as hell.

I remember reading about that in the newspaper, is sucks for the kid from Racine Park but its good for your school. I'm surprised that Arrowhead wasn't a contender for the title, it seems like they always have a really good team.

I hope you hate arrowhead as much as I do. Their star point-guard lives behind my house and shoots hoops till like midnight every night and that basketball bounce sound just echoes into my room.

I hate arrowhead, when I did track back in high school they would always dominate sectionals making it pretty much impossible for anyone except for our distance runners to get to state. Is the guy that lives behind you the one who got 2 dui's or something like that? I know one of their basketball players got at least one.

haha not to be racist, but i live in vt and there arent many black people.

our school was in the state championship for basketball, theres like 30 seconds left and we are down by one. they get a breakaway and their big showboaty black kid goes to dunk it instead of laying it in, he lays it out jordan steeze and slams the ball into the rim, ball goes flying out to half court, we catch it and score. win the game.

Hah no, thats Charlie Chapman. He was suposed to graduate last year, I don't think he got his diploma. He had a full ride set up to any big ten college he wanted to, came to school drunk, got sent home, went back to school, stole his girlfriends car, drove it back home, crashed it, had a bunch of weed in it. He also tested positive for weed during the state basketball tournament when he finally was reinsated for playing, they could have tooken the banner away but they didn't win their first game.

That may be his court record, idk if that worked but if it didnt just go there and type in Chapman, Charles, K. All of his are from waukesha county. He also got his girl friend pregnant, twice. One fucked up individual he is.

That's weird, similar thing happened to my track team yesterday. Our 4x4 (which is the last race) was going to run a sick time, but our 1st and 2nd runners botched the exchange. It sucked for them because they'd been working on the perfect handoff all week in practice only to drop the baton. They weren't DQ'ed, but we didn't finish nearly as well as we were capable of, and it ended up being the difference between 4th and 5th for us.

Dirty looks for the rest of his year at the school probably. Losing to showboating is probably the worse way to lose. I'd say it's worse than doping cuz showboating, you look like a huge jackass.

hahaha taht picture is really funny, I've run track for the past 6 years, and that is one of the best track pictures ive ever seen
