Spoiler Alert!

Basically it was a guy getting video taped and he was having sex with a horse. The horse was fucking him in the ass. It got rough, and it fucked up his colon, giving him internal injuries and bleeding shit like that. He was too ashamed to go the hospital and by the time he made it to the ER hours later he was pretty much dead.

Ya it's gross, but personally, I find it pretty funny too. I mean come on haha, fucked by a horse to death haha. The only reason it is funny is because he completely deserved it.
