when i got home i stared in shock at CNN when i heard of the news......it sickens me that israel would do such a crime to kill the SPIRITUAL leader of hamas.........that must be like HAmas killing the pope. if i would be palestinian i would be outraged. I think this is the final straw, israel has commited several atrocities against its helpless neighbors to the east. I hope the US will condemn these attacks and put sanctions on israel.........i hope the people of palestine will be able to not associate the US with israel, but rather as a friend in the middle east.

oh please. its naive to think that this one incident will somehow increase the hatred that arabs have for israel, its already too high to quantify. i dont think you know enough about what role this leader played in hamas to pass judgement over whether or not his killing was justified. while i do sympathize with the palestinian people, i can sympathize with neither the methods of terror that hamas uses to assert its views, nor the exploitation practiced by the PLO and Arafat. Arafat is now worth over $200 million US Dollars according to Forbes Magazine, yet he has no legitimate business interprise that would yeild that profit. He doesnt even try to disguise what is unadulterated theft...its disgusting.
