thank you for acknowledging that they arent innocent at least. but i really dont think the warning is any more decent, when its along the lines of GTFO or well kill you.
and i dont understand how you can say that they are truly trying to avoid civilian deaths, when the amount of civilians israel has killed is exponentially larger than the number that hamas has killed, while hamas is TRYING to kill civilians.

Wow, that was a breathtaking source that you just pasted...it even says: "Following disengagement, some of the armed Palestinian organizations in the Gaza Strip continued to initiate attacks against Israel , mostly by launching Qassam rockets at Israeli communities."
It also says that Israeli supplied Gaza power, gas, and water, all things which are not cheap.
Sure, Israel may have violated some laws, but the things that the Arabs have done over the years greatly outweigh the few times that Israeli drops bombs.

maybe the palistinians aren't that good at fighting then, but a numbers game is not really fair to be honest

one yesterday hit an israeli kindergarten, and israel was not shooting rockets out of the kindergarten so there's no excuse. Qussam missiles are meant to kill lots of people (i dont want to say meant to kill civilians, but it really is). luckly no one was killed

Yes, it does seem they are doing something wrong, and maybe they are.
but as someone had said before (maybe in another thread), palistinians have very, very old school missiles and weapons as they can not afford the ones israel has. israel also has some very high tech accuracy things, so when they hit, they can make it count.
those were just some guesses, i cant back up the numbers.

ok, that may have been a pretty crazy claim, but it is partly true. It also may be my heritage that will always believe that Israelis are doing the right thing.
However, you just said present the ideas to the UN...listen, these arabs strap bombs to themselves, run through a Jewish city, and blow themselves up, killing everyone and destroying everything nearby.
These people will not listen to their leader, and will not cooperate. Israel gave them land and they still bitched and complained.
There have been attempts to create peace in the middle east, however, the Arabs were not willing to cooperate so they didn't work.
Sure, Israel may have broken the most recent attempt at a cease-fire, but it is because the Arabs were attacking their country and harming their people
Everything is always justified, and trust me, Israelis would not be killing because they love to see young children dead.
Their people went through the holocaust and hate to see people dead. Unlike the Arabs, they are not targeting innocent civilians on purpose. However, if resistant civilians get in the way of their mission, they will do whatever it takes to get to Hamaas, even if it means killing bystanders; they warned them, and they obviously didn't listen.

Besides, we may learn a bit whilest arguing.
And you're correct, this is a topic which can only be fully argued in a rhetorical essay.
It is the kind of thing where both sides are correct and there will always be many different opinions.
However, just because it is part of my heritage, I will always belive in Israel. There are way too many biases out there for there to be a fair arguement amongst the internet. lets leave it to CNN or CBS

Yea, I know i'm biased, but everyone is a little bit...
your dumb, the US supports israel for more reasons than the un and that they are "jewish", it is a strategic alliance for them in the middle east, and as for the palestinians all those arab countries would never support them which is visible now, arab people cry about but they wouldnt ever actually harbour palestinians... ie. there is a wall between gaza and egypt. And in reality what israel is doing is nothing new or really all that bad from a political standpoint it is just looking out for their best intrest, another fact you seem to have missed is that hamas is the one that broke the ceasefire they had.
