As far as i know the ISPO trade show is in Munich. Ive been there a few years ago and i assume its still there. Correct me if im wrong.
You could hit the "Allgäu" region. There are a few very nice resorts there. Its about 1.5 hours away from Munich
The resort "Fellhorn/Kanzelwand" is very nice and you can ski park or do some all mountain or even ski some gnarly lines if you hike or tour around.
Many people from munich dont go skiing in the Allgäu region though. Usually they drive to "Spitzingsee" or the "Zugspitze" or the drive to Austria.
Check 'em out. These are nice resorts aswell.
