Is this ridiculously hard?

ok so in the new freeskier one of the trick tips is sammy carlson doing a handplant 3. he makes it look so good and yet all the while i was reading how it is done i couldn't help but think that handplant 3s require such mad balance that maybe only ppl like sammy has.

how possible is the handplant 3? i want to do one this winter but im no sammy c.
 
its not that hard it's actually pretty automatic

just start with handplant 180s then do the same but commit to 360.
 
basically, do a cork 3 but put your hand down....thats the jist of it. it is hard thats for sure, get the 180 and drag down first
