ahhh, yeah if you just paid full price for those skis i would take them back, but real it shouldnt do anything to the ski structurely, did you buy them from a shop or online?

then that one proaly is a manufactures error, elan puts those things out, and it happens, but the ski itself should be fine, but you still might want to see if the shop will give you a new pair, if not you can use them and if something happens to go wrong with them, i know that armada will replace them for you.

I could have told you that long ago! My local shop was putting up a demo that had all of this years skis. I noticed that when I was flexing them....then I cut my finger on the edge while putting it back...I think it's to help with carving, kinda like a built-in lifter plate.

The truth is...I kick ass. Simple as that.
 
yeah my bad, i went and looked at the ones in our shop today and they are all like that as well, so they should be good, sorry my bad i wasnt looking at them, so i didnt remember, have fun with them.

 
but only on 1 ski? how does it help if its only on one. thats like saying dges help you turn and carve but u rally only need them on 1 ski.

thats a very good point all of our skis are like that on oppist edges of the ski like its only supposed to be on one side, but i dunno i havent looked into it that much but ill as the rep the next time i see him whats u with it. but it still realy wont affect the ski at all.

check the serial numbers on both skis, make sure they match up otherwise some dick mixed them up at the shop...

There's a pair of Pistols where I work that has the same thing just not so obvious. I'd say it's nothing more than a cosmetic defect but most places will give you a discount on such a defect. I got my skis last year for 10% off because they had a little dent in the topsheet.

yes your skis are fine the AR5s and the T-Halls are both like that, I was looking at them erlier 2day
