my parents just bought me a kodak 180 for my birthday and my first question is, is this bad? second, i am planning on buying a go pro hd to film. is this still a good idea? please give me some ideas!

gopro HD is a good buy...but if your looking to acually film buy a camera that can have wide angle add ons and such..a true filmer will hardly ever use a wide angle

thanks im planning on using the go pro hd for filming my assorted action sports from helmet cam/follow cam/ and normal video camera angles... is this a good plan?
