and how much it be worth?

looks bottlenecked. cpu looks decent, but the rest is like putting a ferrari v8 into a 76 coupe deville and expecting it to handle well.

P67 are better

Memory 16GB(4Gb x4)

you dont need that. 4 gigs are enough for normal users and gaming. if you want to edit vid get 8 - 12 gigs.

Antec has some decent PSU's. you can get 650W for 70-80 bucks.
