Is this a flat 3?

It seems like this is more of a sideflip than a flat 3? When I try doing more of a backflip it always ends up as an underflip.. So in this vid I kind of opened up one shoulder and that seemed the most comfortable.. I'd love to do a real flat 3 next season... any advice? P.S. i feel like you are in a hammock position right before you go inverted for a flat 3, and that's kind of what I did? So where did I go wrong?

You want to try and focus on going to your back more during the rotation, try kicking up and to the left and reach for japan or even a safety when you set it. Also make sure you're looking over your left shoulder and not just tilting your head to the right.

Sorta set like rodeo. Focus on getting your legs lifted up to the side (as the person above stated, you want to bring them up like you're throwing them over your shoulder). I always bring them up and watch them get into position before throwing my head back and extending to bring the rotation around.

I appreciate the advice guys, I think the idea is to throw my legs over my shoulder more, and lay it out a bit. Pumped for next season!
