is there any snow at tuckermans ravine or anywhere for that matter. ill be in CT toawrd the end of march and have like 2 days i could go somewhere

where does all the white go when the snow melts?
 
tucks has and so does killington. if you go to tucks be ready for the steapness though. check this out

Ya the river has some snow. Also if ur looking just for some snow to fuck around with go to lik a closed mountain, cause most of the northern ones still have snow like sugarloaf.

anyone been to tucks in the last week or 2??? i heard after the warm weather some bottom layers opened up and fucked up a lot of shit...like hidden crevases and some wet slides over in some of the gulfs. anyone know anything?

Can anone hook me up wit a ride to a mountain this weekend. Anyone somwhere near boston going up that has some extra space. I need to ski and my parent suck and wont take me up anymore. IT WOULD BE VERY APPRECIATED. THanks

tucks is tuckerman's ravine. its suppose to take good hikers 2 hrs to get to the base of the ravine. my friend and i do it w/all our gear in about 1 1/2 hrs, but we're both cardiovascular freaks, so make it like 2 to 2 1/2 hrs. then its another 30 minutes up the face or so.
