I'm doing this schoolwork about trying to start a skiing brand and would rock to know it in order to try and make buissnes plans

obviously you won't find the info about the smaller ski companies, but the larger ones will post their revenue. although, these larger companies almost all have outerwear and boots, bindings, etc etc so it's not just ski revenue.

but for example

Atomic's revenue was 1.533 billion Euro in 2009. pretty ridiculous.

K2 made 720 million US in 2003

I'm not sure where you are getting your figures from, but your numbers are grossly inflated. Where are you getting this from?

My b. For what its worth they really suck at writing reports. They drive me nuts!

I bet if you searched around somebody like SAM or skiing business would have similar information.

Yea the Atomic one is off. That was the Amer Sports revenue for 2009. My bad. Their total revenue was 1.88 billion Euro in 2011 though. Winter and sports category is 1.14 billion euro.

But from what I can gather, ~15-20% of Amer Sports revenue is from Atomic. Which means 280-375 million Euro. So ~360-490 million USD. This was 2011.

~360-500 million USD is still a significant revenue though.

The K2 figure is what wikipedia says. dunno the accuracy.

and Salomon Group revenue is stated to be 683 million Euro in 2003. I guess before they were part of Amer

Amer Sports is made up of Atomic, Salomon, Arc'teryx, Mavic, Suunto, Wilson Sports, and Precor (fitness equipment).

The entire winter sports hardgoods (thus excluding clothing) market is about 1.45 billion Euro. Atomic is 180 million of that.
