There is no name specifically for it. Not everything needs a name, it's just a 2 on, switch out. But my friends and I jokingly like to call it a "soft pretzel" because it's close to a pretzel, but not quite there.

hahah nice pic but thanks guys i felt like there was a name but i needed to make sure so when i learn it i dont sound retarded

i've always referred to it as

break to switch

because you still scissor to stop the rotation (break), but don't pretzel

Easy way to not sound retarded: just say whats you did and forget stupid names id rather hear someone say what they did than hear them say something stupid, other than kfed since thats turned into a standard.

It's TOAST for sure.
It has been that way for like 5 years. I think it was another name snowboarders invented, so it's still cool to call it that.

Lip is when your tails go over before your noses. It has nothing to do with how you finish your rail.

Haha when I saw it was written 2 in, I knew you were from QC, I don't know why everyone from Qc say's 2 in instead of 2 on.

pretzel stick, same ingredients as a pretzel, but way easier to make.

but really, don't call it that or anything else. if I hear you speak of this trick I will send eheath to punch you in the face.
