Is the end for the east coast?

somebody needs to invent something that will make snow melt at 50 degrees and not at above 30 that would be the best invention ever

Yup. I live in Thunder Bay and there is hardly any snow left. Theres a resort an hour and a half away though is open till April 14 tho.

Rained all day today here, supposed all weekend, mid 50's all week. local mountain was supposed to go this weekend but isnt and im bummed...

so to clear up all that stuff about 7 springs...

we had around a 6 foot +/- a foot or two in some areas of base. i went up thursday after school and the snow is that shit snow. all the snow has mud in it already cause there are already bare spots out of the park and the groomers drag dirt in the "good" snow. which eventually gets to the park.

so yeah, out of the park will be done after this weekend. the big park aka the spot will be there for awhile because they tear down the superpipe and use that snow for a jib garden (if thats what you call it?). its usually open til like april? but supposively theres this guy going for the largest pile of snow record near the mountain and he allows us to take the snow whens he done it will really lengthen the time that the park can stay alive. they may also continuously pump cold water through the snow maker pipes to keep the ground colder from what i hear too...

We have until 4/20. Thats when I celebrate summer starting and winter being over.

closing day at mt snow last year was 4/19, killington was even later. I had a day that was 90 degrees sometime in late april (4/26 or 27 I think) last year and they had a park setup and it was an awesome day, with some great vibes. And I skied every weekend for almost another month, setting up rails on the inferno jumps, or whatever it took. Some of my best days were in the spring when the mountains were closed. You always have the memorial day rail jams to look forward to at stowe and Mt snow. I didnt go to mt snow last year but stowe was so much fun

It's been like a straight week of 50+ degrees in NJ, now it's like a monsoon (spelling?) outside. The soil in my backyard is so saturated with water. There is this one like craterish area in my yard that's going to turn into a lake soon.

I was stoked to ski today too, I thought it was gonna be a really warm, t shirt only day or something. Up untill thursday anyway.

very. theres a jump of a 35ish step down then a 50ish step down then a 68 (i think?) step over that goes right in that jib garden.

and yeah, im not sure whats the deal with the guy going for the record haha.

and yes, im dedicated.
