Is the East Coast going to have a Tahoe like winter like last year?

Not looking good for us on the EC this year. So weak, weather outlook is horrible. I'm hoping by January it cools down and we get some serious moisture/cold temps. But I have accepted the fact that realistically its going to be a horrible winter riding man made most of the time. Looking like a serious park winter at this point.
 
this is just like the winter 3 years ago where we had all time conditions come january through april with storms every weekend. Hopefully that happens for us. Fingers crossed.
 
Isn't it a little early in the season to be jumping to conclusions like this? I got a Jay pass this year so there best be some pow eventually.

No sure why you would call it a Tahoe like winter. Tahoe winters are usually great, it is only the last few years that have sucked.
 
Most mountains on the west coast haven't completely opened yet either. Don't get your hopes down just yet.
