Is the 04 Pistol stiff of flexible?

was thinking about getting a pair and heard that the 05 pistols were really easy to just butter around on, was wondering if the same thing goes for the original

They're pretty damn soft, especially the 179's and 169's.

yes, VERY soft and buttery.

05s are beefier than 04s, but still soft tips. I love the 04s, among my favourite skis ever.

i have been told that they are but i have never skied on them myself
