If you really take some time to think, Tanner Hall's two major injuries are like Jesus' resurrection times two. He died as a freeskiier and was resurrected on the 3rd day/whatever the hell. So he is essentially the double Jesus of freeskiing .

Yeah there is definitely evidence that he was a real person, I wouldn't classify him as a troll however, his teachings have been pretty warped over the ages by misinterpretation. (Had to take two theology classes in college -> also qualified to draw this Tanner Hall = 2x Jesus interpretation)
