Is Tanner Hall Rastafarian?

you all know the man. sports rasta color Pro models, reggae segment songs, a jamaican media company, and an exuberant taste for ganja. the guy even had dreadlocks once and named his movie "like a lion". what i want to know is does he really follow the rastafari movement? does he believe in ethiopian zionism, the divinity of Haille Sellassi, and afrocentric creationism? does he know what the pan-african colors really represent? don't get me wrong tanner is my idol and i think he is the greatest thing to happen to the sport of skiing ever PERIOD THE END but iv just always wondered this

basically the theory that Ethiopia "zion" is the birthplace of man ("home base for the human race" as my rasta friend Bubaccar calls it)and is looked upon with respect as an opposite of babylon . not to be confused with judeo zionism which states the same thing in Israel for hebrews.

Fair enough, but Zionism is an actual concept and movement, founded in the late 19th and early 20th century, and deals with how Jewish people would obtain a homeland and to a certain extent redefine their culture. Zion is a rastafarian concept, so Zionism is quite misplaced in this context.

think about it. did he or any of his family grow up in jamaica...no. does he have an extreme jamaican accent...no. so i would say that he isnt but he certainly acts like it

I love how many kids on this site just learned what Rastafarian actually means, don't let your parents say skiing never taught you anything
