Is SNOW worth buying?

nah. its really glitchy to the point where you can't use the park, and the mountain isn't very realistic. I'd wait for the beta.

I think it's worth it, it's super fun and runs fine on my medium low end computer. The park is sorta small but still fun, and the customization is pretty dope so far. It gets better every update

It's a little glitchy but it's fun. Looks great too if you have a powerful computer capable of running it on higher settings.

my computer can run it very smoothly. right now its just not worth $15. stick with shredsauce until it comes out

Think of it this way, you aren't buying it because it will be free when it is officially released. you are donating $15 to support the development of the game also while gaining access to development testing, which while still awesome, is a watered down version of what the full game will be.

There are a total of 3 parks; the main park on Sialia, the Pipe and park next to it on Sialia, and the new Fochi park map which is a remake of the Sochi course. There are also some fun hidden areas around the mountain like a castle and the T Hall invitational setup which i found yesterday. The mountain itself Sialia, is huge, and I have barely explored it myself so I can't comment much on this.

All in all I am really happy with how the game runs for me, i have an AMD radeon hd 7700 graphics card which isn't high end and i can run the game on high quality fine. I definitely think it's worth the $15 donation to help keep them funded and just to enjoy the game early.

disclaimer for other Mac users: I bought the game thinking it would work with CrossOver, but it didn't. Wait for the free-to-play version. by all means, donate, but it won't run on your computer.

this. my friend bought it and instantly regretted it, plus the skis are like 15 feet long so it just looks goony as hell.

though i will admit i think it's kind of a low blow that people who didn't buy higher than a starters pack ($15) aren't allowed to use multiplayer

Did you even read the thread? derpity fucking derp to you too.

I was also wondering about this, but currently I only have a smaller netbook, so I doubt it would run smoothly if at all.
