Had a run-in with a rail and the rail won, see below. The

result is a pretty symmetric crack at the tip in what looks like the core.

However, appears to be minimal separation between layers at sidewall and no major

edge damage. When i flex the tip it’s now half as stiff as the undamaged one.

Pretty sure these are fucked and don’t know a lot about the details of ski

construction. Does anyone know why it broke so symmetrically? Could I ski them

until I ripped seth’s face in two?

Keep skiing 'em!

You most likely cracked the tip near the edge of the core. If water isn't getting in there and they still ski fine, keep trashing them.
