Wow, she really dragged down dynastar at the masters with straight airs a-plenty. in the finals. props to anna segal for skiing like she wanted to win and contributing to the k2 victory. I feel like i havnt seen anything really new from her in years, and its a shame that noone is close to her in pipe but thats not really an excuse for leaving her run practically unchanged for 4 years. i dunno, i just feel like as the unofficial spokeswoman for womens skiing she could be pushing it harder and setting a better example
 
thats sick then, i didnt know that. still i was pretty disappointed today to see what looked like a lack of effort in the finals of a big comp
 
Yo, it's funny as hell that the thread creator's name has Yohan in it when that other Yohan made the thread about "women ruining" Orage Master's or something like that. Especially because it has an intelligent, serious discussion about women's skiing.
 
she knew the rest of her team would qualify today and then when in came to the final she threw down. only like one other chick hit the big kicker, apart from Ros G who put her knee through her face, and sarah just killed it at the big air tonight. so yeah id say she is trying anymore.
 
She did a corked 1260 in the big air, how is that not trying?

Also doing 5s over the big jump while spinning a mace over her head through the whole trick seemed pretty dope to me, especially when all the other girls were hitting the small side.

compare her seggy in push to hers in seven sunny days. it's really progressive and she has more steeze and she doesn't do that same
 
it was a competition that she was supposed to be representing her sponsor in. what kind of a weak excuse is that? oh i was just out there to have fun, not really trying, don't really care about winning?

Maybe her sponsors would rather see her throwing a Cork 12 in WSI Big air later that night than hurting herself in a Comp that is all about Fun...You dont see kids dressed up in goofy outfits in the Open, or WSI, or X do you? I think that they would way rather see her place in WSI than get hurt in the Masters
 
i think sarah is stepping her game up lately, after watching her segments in MSP movies for past years ive noticed she is going bigger and doing better every movie.

Now kristi leskinen on the other hand i think is degressing..
 
umm i will need some evidence before i take this "FAIL" into consideration. Her last good ski segment was in X

Hmm, not trying to direct any hate at the thread creator, since he wasn't spreading hate anyhow, but yeah, Sarah is amazing. She's throwing bigger stuff every year, both in the pipe and on jumps. A 12? Holy shit, not even all the guys are doin that.

Like someone brought up, her segments are getting sooooo much more stylish and steeze every year.
