Is REFRESH still shipping

Honestly, we wont know till the law suit gets settled. Part of what WME wants is for Refresh to be destroyed (so it wont get shipped). But, you can bet they'll send you something - it might be a redone version of Refresh, but you'll get something.
 
for someone who went to the premiere and saw refresh: how much of refresh had warren millers voice in it?
 
I figured it would be on hold considering there is a lawsuit about it? I hope Im wrong becuase i need to see that movie again I think I will literally die
 
yea im guessing they wont send it until the lawsuit gets settled, because like above, wme wants level 1 to destroy all copies of refresh. if level 1 does lose i hope they can still send out a version without warren miller in it.
 
heavy hands will be tossing those DVDs in there, which im sure they will ship, not because ive heard one of them say that, but because they haven't backed down at any point in this fight. Gooo LEVEL1.
 
Refresh DVDs are scheduled to arrive at the Level 1 office this coming week, and unless anything changes, all orders will be shipped immediately.

really not much he gave and intro/preface commentary and wrapped the movie up with a commentary too. i cant remember if he talked in the middle at all or not but it wasn't a significant amount of time.
 
so stoked, i can't believe WME is trying to pull this crap, the demands the judge made are great, they have no chance
 
they have a small chance of being able to sue warren miller because of the contract he signed basically giving them the rights to everything he does involving media but level one seems safe

i just pre-ordered a copy 3 days ago... i was wondering if they still have a supply of shirts that they are shipping with the pre-orders
 
If they do, I know I'll be sending my copy back immediatly. Because, after all, what would jesus do?
 
im not saying anyone would actually send them back or that WME has a chance at winning. im just wondering if legally they would have to ask for a recall because of the whole "irreperable damages" thing
 
Straight from the level 1 site :

After several weeks of delays due

to issues with printing our packaging, it looks like DVD should be

showing up in the Level 1 offices this coming week, and we're ready to

get 'em packaged up and shipped out as soon as they show up.

Also, stay tuned for info on a streaming HD version of Refresh that should be available for online viewing next week.

It clearly states on the 4bi9 website that So Far So Hood should ship around mid-October (today is October 5th) and Berman's response is quoted all over this thread stating that Refresh should be in this coming week. It doesn't matter how long ago you ordered them, the production companies still haven't even received them. Have some patience.
 
I'm nervous because I ordered Refresh and So Far So Hood from the Level 1 website, so if SFSH comes in later, I won't get Refresh until then either....fuck it I'll pay shipping twice just so i don't have to wait to see this movie.
