Just saw that it was delayed again due to the shootings in France. As terrible of a tragedy as that was and RIP to all the victims, I still feel like it was kind of an excuse to delay the release... again.
 
I don't really understand why the shooting delayed the release. It's just a film.

Do they have connections with somebody killed? It is terrible and sad...but you shouldn't let it change your daily lives.
 
i think it's a class act from candide to do this delay. the whole country of france is in a shock right now and candide might even wanna respect the victims this way, not to post something joyful in these days of sadness.

just my thoughts on this, i'm sure he will post it after things cool down a bit, didn't he say 12th or 13th of january?

i agree. candide is french, and he's delaying the release of this so it doesnt coincide with this terrorism situation

it's not like it's a political video or something-- so releasing it or not releasing it today doesn't have any significance vis a vis free speech or anything or make a statement

instead, it's a show of respect to not go "okay, that was too bad, but back to ME!"

today is a national day of mourning for france. skiing can wait
