Is Neon ever coming out?

The trailer for this looked so sick, and it said fall 2008, so i'd expect it to be out now-ish, but theres nothing.

I always though Landis was an amazing film-maker and i definatly wanted to see a whole movie from him and hungry sloth...is the movie still happening?
 
he's a self described perfectionist, so he only wants to finish it when he has the time and resources to give it his 100%.

seen as how he's 17 and should be in school for a while I'm guessing you shouldn't hold your breath.
