I can't tell if this is real or fake. Could be a model of some sort or it could be actually real. I'm not sure.

just gonna put it out there, maybe its small coz it was taken from a distance?

cant believe this thread was made by the same kid who made an "unworthy thread thread"

You sir, are a fuckin idiot.

lmaoooo.

I love tilt shift and everyone in this thread is STUPIDDDD.

COME AT ME BRO.

FUCK, it looks so fake.

So basically tilt shift makes the image really tiny and blurry in certain area's?

Yeah. Anyone can do it. My friend took a shitty quality photo of me on his phone hiking a halfpipe and I could still do a little bit of a tilt shift to it.

ken block did one of his subaru/ford videos with a tilt shift motion camera. it was kind of cool. novelty wears off quickly though.

Let me explain.

Tilt shift doesn't make the image look blurry, tiltshift IS making the image look blurry. (In a fake tilt shift anyway. A real tilt shift lens focuses on subjects, etc... too long to explain.)

When you focus on something close to you, everything farther away (and closer) is out of focus. So when you blur the background of a rather large building it looks like it's close, making it look small.

So basically, take a picture of a bunch of big things, make the background and foreground blurry and appear out of focus, and the object will look small?

Been there /claim

If anyone ever visits Italy, check it out. Cinque Terre walk, epic shit.

"Tilt shift" is nothing more than a cheap effect for pseudo-artists who think they're remotely skilled or creative. It's just as bad as putting random objects out-of-focus in the foreground, and opening the lens all the way and shooting with a 1/8" DOF.
