Well what she tells our class is that if there is any drunk person involved in sexual activity then it's rape. If the guy is drunk it's rape if you has sex with a sober chick, if the chick is drunk it's rape if the guy's sober, and if both are drunk then it's still considered rape (supposedly)... I had never heard this before, and I was just wondering if it was true or what...

I think statutory rape is the worst law ever. If both people agreed to it, weren't drunk, and neither had a problem, whos business is it to intervene? until you are of age you do not have the mental capacity to consent to sex.
