Is it possible for ski flex and stiffness to get weaker/looser?

So I keep all my skis in this one rack that has the gear hang from the noses. This can put a lot of pressure on the tips and in summer you're going to be leaving those skis there for a while. I have a pair of Armada JJ 2.0 Zeros and just today I took a good look at them and noticed the tips were incredibly flexible, I got almost no resistance back. Can enough constant pressure actually affect the Ski Flex or am I just noticing that the tips are noodles?

yeah i'd stay away from those kind of racks, or at least lower it so the ski tails sit on the floor. There's no guarantee it would effect durability/how they ski but I wouldn't risk it when theres a lot of different ways to store skis that won't effect it at all

Yes. Don't hang stuff from the ends of your skis for extended periods of time. A pair of poles is fine, but something like boots over a whole summer will eventually affect the rocker profile.

Yes that why my pipe cleaners from 3 or 4 years ago have a edollo flex, I don't hang them in a rack its just from skiing them just breaking in a ski. the noses are so god damn soft after skiing bumps with them.

Oh my god thats why my boots have been getting more and more rockered over the years, and I thought it was all the day tours.

I completely misread the OP. Shame on me.
