Is it normal for pivot 15 heel piece to be in slightly different position when not engaged?

Can’t post pics on this site for some reason but one of my sets of skis I got mounted this season has something weird.

the heel pieces aren’t pointing the same length/angle? The left ski heel is slightly more raised than the right.

i haven’t noticed any pre releases when I used em the last half of the season but just wondering if it’s normal?

The arms are probably sticking up, the pivot heel can spin around and also be tilted up and down, if you want it down just push it down

As in the arms that that connect the heel piece to the plate? I don’t think so. They came mounted like that.

Did you double check that neither arm is bent? Even a slight bend with throw off thr angles.

Correct. The arms that hold the dildo heel to the pivot base. They are two parts. The silver lower arms and the black upper arms. If there is even a tiny bend in one area it will throw the alignment off visually. You may not have any problems with retainment or release but it could look off.
