Ok, so I am guilty of being a bitch on here sometimes, and making stupid posts. Everyone does it...but lately these threads in NSG are getting a bit extreme.
The point of troll threads is to make them blend in and "troll people," clearly kids don't get that - nor do they make worth while troll threads.
Like - "I was jacking off and my dog whatever post" - I mean really?
and by no means am I a godly member - I have post whored in threads before but I think there should start being more severe consequences for blatantly stupid posts.
People can't even log in to NSG and make worthwhile non skiing related posts...because they're all fucking dumb threads about kids talking about poop, bonerz, fucking dumb stuff like that...really?
I don't know how the "ban rules" go but good god, if you make a dumb ass thread as a troll on purpose and clearly "obvious troll" is fucking evident for almost all of them... you should get a temp ban and if you do it again IP ban.
I don't know if people think I am wrong about this troll shit, but it's getting out of hand, at least I feel like it is.
 
it's so out of hand right now, i am dissapoint. and its pathetic how poorly they troll too, its not trolling, its just acting retarded.

I am guilty. I would also like to apologize. For a while I would just watch videos, but soon I discovered the forums here on NS. I lurked and lurked and lately I have been trolling. Hard. I have now gotten it out of my system and may now and again do it but for the most part I shall be less annoying.
 
Unfortunately most the cults I'm a part of are dead so I'm stuck here until summer but I'm trying to keep my posts relevant and if off topic at least in good fun
 
i get extremely upset over words i read on a stupid internet forum and i let it ruin my fucking life, it just bugs me so much when people dont take NSG seriously, im also a cunt fuck, awesome!
 
I get PMs from you guys quite often on things you personally think should be deleted. 99% of the time you're right, and it'll get deleted. And its helpful because we can't see everything. Helping maintain is one way to at least try to keep it under control. Bans are given out for blatant trolling.
 
if you really think about it, trolling on ns became significantly more common when we all stopped using "alias" to call someone out, and started using "troll".

i don't really know what i'm trying to say here, just an observation

I like that.

But yeah... I think everyone is noticing. It sucks, because I'm really used to going through the 1st page in NSG and looking for a thread with 0 posts... but latesly EVERY thread has at least 1 before i get to it. And it's always a shitty thread, with a shitty post.

the only thing i have a problem with is h@xor. that shit can get out of hand in a second. some stuff is funny but most of it is just straight up annoying. Summer NSG...sigh
 
I enjoy it. it's always interesting. The Post before a green name comes on thread was priceless because of the size of it in such a short amount of time
 
i will admit i was a BIG part of that thread and in the beginning it was funny. but that shit got out of hand...fast.
 
i hear what the OP is saying, but at the end of the day you're just adding fuel to the fire. the trolls know they've won when you openly complain and call them out. it's gonna get worse before it gets better, imo.
 
I troll on here as do many, but we legitimately troll. These kids clearly don't even understand how this shit works. Stupid 10 year olds
 
Last summer was stupid in terms of every other thread was an "Obamacare", "US Politics" or "Religion" thread... it wasn't this stupid random "I just woke up and my mouth tasted like cum" threads....

It was stupid pseudo intelligent shit going on. It was still stupid but it was less of these random stupid threads that are bumped by a grand total of 3 people for 70 pages in under 2 hours.
 
I would thoroughly enjoy being a mod. And I know many other members would as well. But this will never ever happen, thus ns will continue to blow
 
Now I'm not saying I want a banhammer, there would be mass banishments, but if I could just have the power to delete stuff that obviously doesn't belong

I would gladly do my part to help out since

1) I heart NS

And

2) I'm on here all the time
