Is It Dumb Day On The News?

Tonight I was watching the news after 24, and the first two things that they covered.
1- Father of 5 shoots all 5 kids because mother wanted a divorce.
2- Mother leaves 2 year old baby in car for 7 hours in 70º weather, comes out and its dead.

My thoughts on the first story is how fucked up could you possibly be to kill all 5 of your children.
on the 2nd story i just wonder how dumb can you be as a mother? 7 Hours? honestly?
where is the world heading, it scares me, i dont wanna see year 2020
 
We are inheriting a messed up world, we gotta make the best of it I guess eh? People do some fucked up things, but it's all just gotta run its course.
 
ya but i feel like the world is moving in the opposite direction, were no longer going forward were going backward, eventually we'll all be cavemen again (not literally)

but really kids, just kids? what did they do to deserve it?
 
saddend me to goggle that and read that news.... how can you kill a child of yours who has been with you for 16 years! how can you kill a child? how can you kill a family member? how can you kill a person? just because your wife dont wont your dick no more

the milwaukee news had a messed up story after 24 as well. some lady just left her baby stuffed inside of a large handbag sitting in some alley. luckily a different lady was standing outside and she noticed the baby in the bag and took it inside. i don't understand how someone could do something like that to one of their own. messed up world with a bunch of messed up people in it.

Really I dont think the world is that much more messed up, its just now we have tv, radio, phones, and internet and such. So its alot easier to see it all.
 
i really have no idea, but this shits gonna start appearing on the news everyday by the time i die
 
i didnt say i beleive it. but there are some groups that think 2012 will be the apocalypse, i think the incans calender or something said it would end that year, theres the best chance in recorded history we will be hit by a giant meteor, theres some massive volcano people think might erupt, theres a ton of shit. I sorta think is all hyped up though
 
ya thats a pretty good analysis of it i guess, cuz i remember something about this family up in the mountains during like the oregon trail or some shit like that that all started eating eachother due to hunger
 
it was the aztec calender, and some people say that it predicts the end of the world while others believe that it is the day that the age we are in now will come to an end and a new age will begin. i personally think the apocalypse idea is horse shit, but im into this kinda stuff.
