I don't think you fully understand what you're talking about. Being a war hawk and calling people our national enemy ignores the nuance of great power competition. Next generation warfare, hybrid warfare, unrestricted warfare, whatever buzzword you want to use; it's not friends and enemies, it's competition below the threshold for violence.

For some reason I thought she was passed over or something like that which is why she went for the China team. In that case I have no problem with it. If she passed up the us team for China. Huge problem.

Wtf. That's not even remotely true. Almost all of the bullshit that's had people pissed off about spending comes from the mandatory budget. Then you also need to add on the hundreds of billions that we make in annual interest payments which is effectively mandatory spending.

Trump's Covid Stimulus: Mostly Mandatory

Build Back Better: Mandatory
