Is delaying a purchase a bad idea?

i want to get the 05/06 Salomon Foils but i dont want to spend the money till a little later. Would it be too risky to wait a while or will the stores get more before next season?

stores wont be getting any more new shipments of 05/06 skis, 06 07 skis are already coming out, so i would wait a few months, ski shops will be clearing their 05 06 stuff out to make room for 07 shit.

Ya but if they are clearing it out its gonna go fast and they might not have the size i need. so im kinda worried about it.

well turns out that in the lats few days. everything but the skis under 160cm went out of stock. i think im gonna kill myself.
