Is Batman a super hero?

Alright. The title sums it up. I don't think so because he doesn't have any super powers he's just real good at fighting and has sweet gadgets and thus if you argue he's a superhero you must also argue that James Bond is too. What's everyone think?

i think he's a hero and he's super good at doing it. super hero.. while james bond kicks ass, it's his job to do the right thing. batman does it on his own. that would also be to argue many super heroes and villains arent actually super.

you can't touch me, nobody has that right.
