Is armada making a pole???

are they? i mean i don't really care if they did and i'm sure that it would have some sweet graphics. but if they did make a pole, wouldn't it pretty much directly compete with joystick? who's founder is very prominent in the armada team and is getting a pro model next year, would armada make him use their poles? i also noticed jp and julien had joysticks in team pizza so they'd prolly get armada's instead too. it just doesn't make sense that they would make a product that totally would take sales away from one of their rider's companies, which their other riders support; they should just endorse joystick.

I was talking to Boyd Easley and he said they were making a pole but he was wasted so he may have been making it up.

 
whats gonna happen with them and joystick, are they just going to compete? what would anthony do with it...

 
Nomensteven, they are making a pole. I'm looking at a picture of it right now. Just because a few or their riders have their own company for poles, dosne't mean they can't make one. It is very similar to the Joystick pole may i add.

no, not pointless, smart. joysticks retail for $59 the armadas retail for $79.

what about the kid that rides line, salomon, dynastar, ninthward, wants a core pole company, and doesn't want Armadas name on their poles????

the only team riders from armada with joystick are jp and ant.

the armadas will be interchangable via grips, baskets, and shafts. and you can buy spair parts.

the grip on the joysticks is very nice....

i swear to god they are making a pole. i saw them in the product book thing at my local ski store. they are so damn sick and have the sickest grips ever.

i've seen them, theyz quite sick, all neon pink and green and polkadoty stuff, really cool looking.

even if they did...who cares...polea are weird...i mean they are a very essental part of skiing in my opinion...but they also don't matter...any crappy old beat up pair will do

Armada is making a few different poles next year. The designs are pretty cool, and they're made in the same place as Joystick Poles.

Armada's official stance is that despite being somewhat direct competition to Anthony, the money is going to either them or Joystick. Not to Scott, Leki, or some other gay pole company that could give a shit. Basically they think that as long as one of the two get the money instead of the proverbial enemy it's all good.

Personally I think it's a total bullshit money grab and complete disrespect to Anthony. Buy Joystick poles.

its true, ive seen a bunch of the poles in real life...they look dope, and i dont think anthony would be that pissed....the onyl ppl on the armada team that use joysticks are tony and jp...im sure they are kinda working together

armada will be making 5 poles next year. they all have sick graphics. the armada's retail for a little more then joysticks, but you have the ability to buy a single new shaft when you break/bend one. the grips pop on and off with a lever so you just buy the replacment shaft for like 25 bucks whenever you need to.

 
You also get two pairs of baskets. One small pair for park and groomers, and a bigger pair for pow.

i saw at pair at pc. i think they were a pair of test poles though, as they were about the same color scheme as the tanner pro

Who gives a fuck. Poles are all the same, just lenghts differ. Just buy cheepo grende and sticker it up, then i will say "look at my bad ass armada poles that cost me half as much" they all brake, and all suck balls, but we need them none the less.
