I can't wait. I've got my computer hooked up to my 42" TV, a wireless keyboard, a big couch, pizza and a case of beer just waiting. I wasn't home for the X/Open broadcasts and I just can't wait to watch some skiing at home. I don't usually watch sports but now that I can watch skiing online that all changed.

I'm just so happy that things are beginning to get streamed for our viewing pleasure. Its amazing!

is that the slopestyle event they had in the middle of the city last year???
if it was, that was sooo sick.

I am bummed i have to work, is there anyway someone could record it and post it? That would make my day.

Yeah its at 2pm EST, which sucks but its in Europe so the time difference is crazy. I'm just going to ski in the morning and come home super early to watch it... shoudl be super sick.

i live in a hole under a rock, its called england. what is this all about and when is it going to be shown? date and european time would be handy.

Is it gonna be the same streaming quality as the US Open? Dunno how good that's gonna look on a 42" tv, haha. It would be great if the player included a full screen option too

I'm not actually sure what quality it will be in. This is all hooked up by Redbull and Freecaster.tv. I saw a few things that freecaster did and they looked dope as hell, so it should be sweet quality. I don't really care if it looks like shit on my TV, it'll just give me enough room on the screen to talk some shit in the chat room. :) Its more of the concept really.

For the UK guy, check out freecaster... I think there's like a countdown. As a matter of fact I thinkt here's a countdown on our page too...

doug - how sick are hdmi cables and flat screens? i will be posted up in front of my 32'' doing the same thing!

We can't record the stream, but I wouldn't be surprised if its going to be posted later. Usually when anyone does stuff like this it is saved and hosted as VOD (Video On Demand).

Don't know if we'll have it, but we certainly will try to get it. And if we don't have it, we'll tell you guys who does!

haha, so funny...its like all the skiers have there own NFL type series to watch and yell at the TV with. its grand.

Wow, that looks bad ass! Damn, I don't know if I should ski tomorrow or sit on the couch and watch this shit go down!!

I hate when choices are given to me, 2 days at Avila but i'm sick, or sick in a nice warm sleeping bag to watch Playstreets..?

damn now, I WOULD be really stoked about that if I would be at home right now, and not at this shitty Amsterdam. Fuck. I would hat a half of an hour to drive to that event, if I would be at home. I HATE THIS WINTER FUCK. no snow no mountains no freakin out after sick jumps ...

I was supposed to ski today but I can barely get out of bed due to illness... I guess it aint that bad... just sad how it's bluebird outside.

I think there was a few people that had problems. I had spotty connectivity, but I think that was my internet here. However, after a bit things seemed to right themselves and I watched pretty smoothly.

The stream was super high quality though, which probably made it hard for some people to watch. On a big TV though, full screen looked siiiiiick.

Shit... now I want this every day.

from waht i understood, it was WAY more then only a few people that couldnt see it.

soory for being a little bitchy, itwas the only thing that could have made my day and it ruined it instead. now if I can convince my bidy that french fries are ok to absorb I,ll feel better.

Yay, it WAS sick. And I think it was dependent on when you started the livestream. If you are under the first ones I think you have better chances to watch it smoothly, than if you join later?! ... I dont know.
