Is 176 too much

soudns good, im 5'10, and have 176 t-halls with lookpx12 ti jibs the bindings are better than my last pair, but i should have got the pivots

that's crazy that people ride such small skis. i'm 5'8"/165 lbs and i ride 182's.. and i think i'd do fine up to 187 or even 190, especially if i rode pow more. i took my friend's 180cm 4frnt msps out for urban jibbing to see how they'd work and i had no problem.

He'll be skiing park in Pennsylvania...

No need for a mid 180-190cm ski.

If I lived out west and slashed powder often, I'd have much larger skis, but no need for that size for groomers/park

i was thinking about either getting ar6's or invaders? im 5'8, for the ar6's i was thinking like 166's and the invaders the 171's? does that sound right

All depends on what type of terrain you are skiing.

Shorter will be easier to throw around in the park, but less stable at speed, and big landings.

In powder, a longer ski will float more and just be more stable, but also will be harder to make the tight turns in the trees.

don't get the 166 armadas...get the 176 or w/e that size is. armadas feel like there's no ski under you. and a 166 would be way short
