Is 120 mm too big for 95 mm waist?

yes, your break arms will catch up on the snow while turning cause them to bend and also cause for ejections and possibly even pull outs.
 
^ exactly, your brake arms will break off. Get a smaller brake. it's really the only thing that will work.

i want to keep the bindings would it b easy to find new brakes for them?
i have dyna px14s
or hsould i ride without for awhile maybe?
 
do not ride without brakes. you will kill someone when your ski hits them. go to your shop they should be able to get you a 100mm pair for reasonably cheap.
