Sure, take whatever you can get. You might want to put some plywood underneath it though. You prob won't be able to countersink and screws it it either, buy some good contruction adhesive to stick it to the plywood.

It will be super ugly with the plywood and glue showing though, but it'll work fine.

ohh shit yeah no counter sinkin. damn.

What are you using it for? a box? I got some thin stuff like that, I used it for the down ramp on my drop in.

that thin you're gonna need some liquid nails. that shit held coping on a box we made then it got stolen

.

naw dude i think it'll work, actually im making a box pretty much like that. I think my lexan is a little thicker but w/e ... Just get a piece of plywood and put the lexan ontop of it. And to put the lexan on it u just have to go to home depot and ask for some glue for lexan or plexiglass, they got stuff made just for it.

3m 5200 adhesive. As long as you never want to take it off again, that's the shit. When it takes two days to dry to tack free, you know it's good. Better than screws in this case.

i got it in 1/16th also I used GE Polycarbonate glue which is specially made for Lexan reaaly cheap it worked great on my box.

ya i got the GE Lexan stuff... that's the stuff i was refering to when i said go to home depot and ask for the glue. It was cheap and it works really good, only $7.

yeah its like 4 bucks a tube depending on how big your box is I got 2 tubes came up a little shy worked great but more would have been better home depot is the pace I got mine also My box is 12' longx1.5 wide'x2' tall apply it inside needs to be warm and make sure something heavy is resting on the lexan while the glue cures you dont want there to be any space between the plywood and lexan otherwise snow gets in or water and expands and fucks your box up.

either that or catch an edge on a screw sticking out...i think i'll pay the 7 bucks
